"Hi I'm Amelia and I'm here to talk to you about some quick remedies for damaged hair. If your hair is damaged, you can repair it a little bit but depending on how damaged it is, you may just need to cut it. So if it's to the point where it's stretchy, that needs to be cut. If it's just sort of dry and kind of a little bit of breakage, that you can repair. Now breakage is repaired with protein. So something like this, Deep Fuel by Redken it's basically just straight up protein, works great. If it's on the dry side, you're going to want something more for moisture. And then if you're unsure, it's good to go right in the middle and get something that's kind of both of them. I like the K-Pac, probably one of my favorites. And then I also like if it's really damaged and you've got to use a couple different conditioning products, I also like this. This is a good leave in that you can use prior to styling. So you would just take a little bit of this, emulsify it in your hands, and then just work it through damp hair and continue to style. Again, this is great too, it's just a weekly conditioning gloss you would put on and it's great for color treated hair and this particular brand you can use on any color, it's not just for clear all. One of my favorites is the Ojon, it's Ojon oil so it's like, it basically comes out like almost a cream but you emulsify it in your hands and it turns to an oil and then you would apply this to just dry hair. And this you would just put all over and this you can actually leave in overnight whereas a lot of the products you can't. And this is all natural as well. Mayonnaise, olive oil are two other great things that you can use if you wanted to sort of stay away from the chemicals. So anything like that is going to be great for restoring your damaged hair."
