"Hi. I'm Amelia and I'm here to talk to you about some nutrition tips for healthy hair. Of course, if you're noticing that your hair isn't on the healthy side, first thing you're going to want to look at is your diet. Are you eating properly? Are you eating regularly? Are you on any kind of strange or crazy diet? I've notice with my clients who go either on extremely low protein diets or become vegetarians or who are or have gastric bypass, they tend to have real issues with the healthy of their hair. So you might want to supplement with vitamins. You're B-Complex vitamins is going to be a great way for you to maintain the health of your hair. This is what you're going to notice the biggest one with. Or even if you have a hard time with a vitamin, just taking a daily kid vitamin cause this is going to give you pretty much of what you need. You don't have to worry about ODing on this. Your vitamin A is super important. Now that one is fat soluble so you really need to watch your intake of vitamin A whereas vitamin B, all the vitamin B's, their water soluble, so they'll go right out of your system. You can't really OD on them. Vitamin C also super important. You want to make sure that you're eating enough protein, eating enough of your green leafy vegetables, your folic acid, all of that. Magnesium zinc, sulfur; super important to get all those minerals and all those vitamins. So if you want your hair to be healthy, just make sure that you're exercising properly, that you stop smoking. Because that constricts the capillaries and blood flow won't get to the scalp. And also that you are eating the right vegetables and taking those vitamins."
