Hi I'm Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about what is mineral water? It's a great question because mineral water is very very healthy and it is definitely the type of water that I recommend that we drink and you know basically we get a lot of our minerals or we should get a lot of our minerals from our water and if we were living kind of prior to the 20th century here we would be getting our water from a place that it was naturally rich in minerals because it was surrounded by sand and rocks and all kinds of minerals that would then be passed into the water. We would get those minerals and we would function better. Now we have water that is purified which is great in many ways except for the fact that when it removes the minerals which it does. So the water that we drink whether it is tap water or whether it is even certain types of distilled water are usually void of minerals and it is affecting our overall health, it is affecting our mineral health and it is affecting our longevity and quality of life so definitely looking at getting natural mineral water that comes from natural springs, some of it is carbonated, some of it is flat, it is all delicious and it is all wonderful for you.
