Hi I'm Rachel Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we are talking about what is chondroitin and chondroitin I believe it's a mineral and typically it is found in cartilage repair formulas so basically helping increase our cartilage growth which is a very hard thing to do because our cartilage doesn't get much oxygenation but we have found that by taking glucosamine and chondroitin together that we can help support healthy cartilage. One thing that I recommend to my clients who are trying to either develop better bone health, if they are athletes and for many many other kinds of health conditions and health goals I recommend actually making a home made bone broth from chicken bones, fish bones, steak bones, anything and so what I do, this is going to look funny because isn't the prettiest sight but I have a couple of examples here. These actually came straight out of my freezer and I freeze my bones after I finish eating chicken or any sort of meat. I freeze them in the freezer and I keep them around for any time that I'm ready to then toss them into a big pot of water, boil them for about 11 to 12 hours add some sea salt and make a delicious bone broth out of it that can then be transferred into a soup or other kinds of culinary delights.
