Hi, my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about how to cleanse your liver by dieting. And actually your liver is your numero uno, your top detox organ in your entire body and it's where a lot of filtration of different toxins takes place. Your liver actually collects toxins and deals with it in the liver and then puts out the different products that we need to get rid of. So, but you know, one theory that I work of in terms of detoxification is the theory of toxic load. So making sure that the amount of toxins that you consume everyday don't overwhelm the amount of toxins that you are able to process through everyday, that your liver's able to process through. So there's all different ways to kind of approach detoxification and creating a healthy liver. This is one product that I use, it's called Paleo Cleanse and this one helps to support your liver and increase your detoxification potential everyday. So it's also got some amino acids and some antioxidants that help to neutralize free radicals, neutralize toxins as they're living your system and beforehand and this is just very helpful to add in everyday as well as eating a very, very clean diet. So reducing all of the toxins that might come in through diet including sugar, artificial ingredients MSG, hydrogenated fats, all those things that our bodies don't want and don't need.
