Hi, my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about healthy foods which you may have thought were not healthy. So there's a number of foods like that out there but I've just kind of brought to light a couple here, and because these are ones that come up a lot. These are coconut oil here in my left and in my right over here I've got some organic butter. And most people that I work with, because of the eighties, the decade where we were so hyper grained and soy and these other foods that had industry motives behind them, we kind of tasked out these fats and we thought that they weren't healthy. We had some research but it was not really validated. And now what we've learned and what we've kind of always known are that these fats are incredibly incredibly healthy for your overall well being and function. So they support your cellular function which is where all the nutrients go in, all the toxins go out. They help your metabolism believe it or not to balance your blood sugar. They help your hormonal health and your immune health and many other areas of your body. So definitely be sure to include your fats in your meals while cooking your vegetables, to salads and, this obviously can't be used in salads but olive oil certainly, avocados, all those great healthy fats.
