Hi, my name is Rachael Richardson, and I'm with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about the health benefits of a tomato. So, this beautiful tomato right here, actually holds beside beauty in the world, holds many other wonderful properties. It is rich in enzymes. It is rich in minerals. It's rich in vitamins, and it's rich in anti oxidants such as lycopene. And so these anti oxidants in particular, were focused on that, actually go in, and they help to fight the free radicals that kind of invade our body from things like cigarette smoke, other pollutants in our environments, sugar in our diet, alcohol in our diet, even negative thoughts create free radicals. And so eating more tomatoes helps to balance out those free radicals with anti oxidants. One thing that you can do, is you can chop up fresh tomatoes, add a little avocado, and a little cilantro, and make yourself a wonderful, delicious, tomato salad.
