Hi my name is Rachael Richardson and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about the health benefits of grapes. Personally I love grapes. When I'm feeling at all low energy or first thing in the morning I love to just wash some fresh grapes and pop a few in my mouth, but grapes have a lot of health benefits, they're actually rich in different fidonutrients that help your cardiovascular, your heart, system. So actually the grapes skin themselves are very, very rich if they're red grapes in these antioxidants to help your cardiovascular system. In addition, we were talking about related to another fruit, actually kidney beans actually how they help the kidneys, but I also just wanted to share that grapes are actually very, very healthy for women for your ovaries and for men for the testes. And again, they look like those organs so you can almost start to gauge what foods you eat based on what's healthy for your body at any given time.
