Hi. My name is Rachael Richardson, and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach Florida. In this clip we're talking about foods to eat that give you energy. And, actually all food is really intended to give you energy. At least if it were from nature, freshly picked and rich in enzymes, it would all be very energizing. Now we have to grapple with which foods to eat to give you energy because there are all other foods that are on the market, that we are tempted with, where ever we go. Whether it's a gas station or a party. And so choosing the right foods is going to make a huge difference in how much energy you have in your life. Long term. So here's a food I personally love, it's a papaya. And I choose this food to show you today about energy, because it's rich in enzymes. And actually there are supplements that contain papain, which comes from papaya, because the enzymes are so healthy for us and give us energy. So eating a little bit of papaya every day, with a little bit of fresh limejuice added to it, would be a perfectly energizing morning, mid afternoon, or bedtime snack.
