Hi, my name is Rachael Richardson, and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about eating healthy in college. And, I used to be a college student, so I can definitely relate. As a matter of fact, I started off my college career, eating very, very unhealthy, and I had to learn how to be healthy, while I studied nutrition, as I turned around my life. So I can speak very, in detail, and in depth about how to eat right in college. I just so happen to have with me, a couple of food products, that are perfect for a college student. So, these are some crackers, and they're not ordinary crackers, these are actually seed crackers, and they're made up of brown rice, as well as different seeds, like flax seed, and quinoa, and sesame seeds. So these are amazing. They're not just starch. They're filled with nutrients, minerals, all kinds of good stuff. And then something else that you can keep, is something canned like this, like a wild caught salmon. And simply just pop it open, add a little bit of mayo from your fridge, and have yourself a wonderful snack, and add some vegetables as well.
