Hi, my name is Rachael Richardson, and I'm with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about what is the best time to take a protein supplement. And so there are tons of great opportunities for you to take one. Definitely starting out the day, is a great way to start your day with a protein supplement. And I have one here, that you can just blend up with some frozen fruit, and some water, maybe a splash of coconut milk, or coconut oil, to help balance your blood sugars for the morning. And this would be an awesome breakfast for anybody who wants to be healthy, and look good, and feel good. Other great times for a protein supplement, are mid afternoon, when you start to feel, perhaps a little bit low, your blood sugar might be low. So, getting a protein supplement in at that time, rather than choosing a Starbucks frappachino, or rather than choosing something from the vending machine, having a protein powder ready, and waiting for you is a great time to take a supplement.
