Hi this is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg with Miami Dog Training in Miami, Florida. In this clip we are going to talk about how to socialize aggressive dogs and while these dogs are not aggressive towards each other, if they were I would first start by exercising them together because they can't multi task, they can only do one thing at a time so if they have to focus on the exercise it doesn't leave room for much else. Once they start getting used to each other I would then from having them, walking them exercising them on either side I would then switch to having them on both sides, getting them closer and closer and still always in a position to correct if I need to. If somebody else was holding the dog we would always stay just opposed so that we could move their heads away from each other. With aggressive dogs one thing to always look out for is their body language. You'll see stiffness. You'll see the ears forward and the tails stiff. Well these guys have short tails and you can still make out their body language. This has been Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg of Miami Dog Training.
