"This is financial adviser Patrick Munro talking about how do currencies fluctuate? Many people ask, "What are currencies?" Well, currencies are the economic model that every country has for its...for its value, really, and it reflects the value of that country and its economic output. In this country, the United States, it's our dollar. In England, it's the pound. In Europe in various countries now -- I believe 15 countries in total -- it's the euro. And, of course, in India, we're talking about the rupee. These are various currencies, and they do vacillate in value due to underlying political landscapes. Of course, in the Middle East, many times, there are states of war going on and, of course, a lot of things going on with the petro-dollar. So with these things involved, the currencies constantly go up and down. As an investor, you can make money by betting one currency against the other in the Forex marketplace -- F-O-R-E-X. For more information, go online for that. This is financial adviser Patrick Munro talking about how do currencies fluctuate."
