im sorry sir... but this information is 110% useless. i didnt learn anything new. anybody who has a cell phone knows that their private. and why would u say that the police can help you get a number (???) if u go on to say that they wont give it to you??? the CIA can find it for you too, another way to get someones cell phone number is to.... hmm.... ASK??? oh **** thats right! whats goes on in your head that you would think thats useful information? asking a cop wont help you at all? why even mention it? if u say that u might as well say u could go to space and find the number in the satellite cell phone directory, but you probably cant make it into space without nasa's permission. i dont care, im just board and just thought you should know what a room full of people had to say about this random video. my advise, advertise this for old people, but old people dont even use computers...

Cellphone numbers cannot really be found, for example, if you meet somebody on the street, and you want to find out what their cellphone number is, there's not really a cellphone phone book, that you can look up that phone number. Cellphones are a little bit more private, because they are a carry with you device, as where landlines stay at one place. That's why landlines, you can look them up, but cell phone numbers, there's really no way to look them up. The only legal way to find somebody's cell phone number, would be to go and have the law find it for them. If there's someone who is harassing you or something, the police will certainly help you find their phone number. However, they probably won't give it to you. They'll probably use it for their own investigation, and that information would remain private, just because these cell phones, like I said, is kind of a more private device, because it's something that everybody carries around with them.
