Hello, my name is Virginia Kelly and I'm here at Encore Gymnastics and I'm going to give you some tips on how to get some muscles and some abs quickly. What you want to do when you're working to get muscles and abs is make sure you have a nice cardio activity in mind that you do about half an hour a day because in order to work on those muscles and abs, you want to make sure that your body fat is going down as well at the same time. When you want to get your muscles quickly, it really depends on you and how often you want to work your muscles. You're going to want to work out with sets and reps. Your reps are how many times you do a specific exercise, and your set is how many, your reps are within a set. So if you do fifteen reps, you can do one set of those. And then if you do two sets of those, you do another fifteen. So you want to give yourself a little break in between your sets to let your muscles relax and recover from the exercise you just did. So it's important when you want to get muscles quickly and as quickly, that you do daily exercises. Your stomach, your obliques, your lower and upper abdomen you can work on a daily basis. You can do cardio on a daily basis, but the rest of your muscles you want to do every other day. So on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, you can focus on your shoulders, your upper body, your upper back, your arms, and then on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, you can work your legs, your quads, your calves, your hamstrings, your middle section, and those are exercises you can do every other day. So if you keep up on your exercise, start out with low reps, three sets, and as you get stronger, up those reps. So it's really important if you want to get them quickly, do them on a regular basis. Do your exercises every single day, cardio every single day, stomach every single day, upper body and lower body alternating, and if you keep up with those, before you know it, you are going to have quick muscles and abs.
