She's already ready, just make sure that you check your color out. Okay, lean the customer back. She's real relaxed. Make sure her towels in the back of her neck and she's all the way down in the sink. You're going to go ahead and proceed to put the shampoo around the edges of the hair to remove the hair color from the edges so she doesn't have any color on her skin. I use the back of the hair that's dry and I rub it like that so I can remove any stains from the side of her head, okay. And afterwards to can use a little stain remover for the color, but you'll massage that in like that, working the hair like this to remove the hair color. Okay, again, just move it back like that. Make sure that the water is on a medium temperature like lukewarm. Not too hot, not too cold. And then you proceed to rinse out the hair, putting your hair forward like this. You don't want to wet the client, going around her head nice and easy. This has been Elizabeth Muller."
