"Hi, this is Elizabeth Muller from Liz’s Hair Design in Hollywood Florida. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to use Marcel curling irons. Now, there are different types of Marcel curling irons. This is a flat one as you see here. First, you're going to test the Marcel iron on a used old towel make sure that it doesn't burn the towel. That means that it's not hot. Then you're going to proceed. Take your section of a section of the hair. You're going to go once on the hair like that and then you're going to go through the hair nice and gently like without putting too much pressure or heat on and then just go ahead. See how I'm twisting my wrist and I'm going over the hair. I'm bending it ever so slightly as a flat Marcel curling iron. Here's a round one. It's used to curl the hair a little bit more. Again, test it on the curling iron making sure that it's not too hot for the customer because if not, it's going to burn the hair and it's clear so you go ahead and put it on the hair and turn it on the hair like this. Again, this is Elizabeth Muller."
