Hi, my name is Charlotte Skiles, I'm a nutrition consultant and clinical herbalist with Eat in Peace Wellness Consulting located in Austin, Texas and today I'm going to talk to you about the benefits of taking a vitamin B complex. So this is a supplementation and it's important to take vitamin B or the B vitamins in a complex. I am much more of a fan of taking the whole full spectrum than taking one type of B vitamin. You get a synergistic effect so to speak. And basically the benefits of this that I hear from clients who take vitamin B supplementation is that they have more energy, if they're anxious they'll be more calm, if they're depressed they'll be more happy or happier I guess, so it definitely has an affinity to help the nervous system and that helps the mood and our emotional stability basically and overall energy function because vitamin B complex is involved in a number of chemical reactions in the body and if we can keep those chemical reactions going, then we tend to work a whole lot better, our bodies do, and then we feel better. So that's what I have to say about the benefits of vitamin B complex supplementation.
