First of all I want you to understand and know that you do not have to live with chronic pain and if you are currently living with chronic pain I want to help you find some solutions to alleviate the pain. Living with chronic pain is when you have pain that constantly day in day out, day in, day out comes back whether it is a dull pain, a burning pain a throbbing pain whatever you do it seems to always be there nagging and nagging and nagging so that is what living with pain is but I want to help you understand that is is just your body telling you there is something malfunctioning here and I'm just sending you a message that I'm deficient in something whether it is water or you are doing too much of something and I'm just sending you a message so do not kind of ignore that pain, pay attention to it but that doesn't mean that you are doomed to stay with that pain for the rest of your life. I would recommend that if you have chronic pain that you go see a specialist like a chiropractor, somebody who does massage or somebody who does acupuncture as they can help you find solutions to alleviate the pain.
