Are you concern about those stretch marks you have on your thighs? My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions. I've been a clinical aesthetician for over half a decade and I'm going to talk to you about how to get rid of those stretch marks on your thighs. Now first of all I'm going to talk to you about some home remedies that you can do to actually speed up the healing of those. You can take a brush, an exfoliating brush; you can get that anywhere Walmart, beauty supplies store and just rub the area, exfoliate the area. What I have here is a little exfoliant I've made myself. It has raw sugar and almond oil and you want to apply it to the area, do this at least twice a week. And you're just going to rub it on there and spin at least five minutes rubbing that gently. Now the reason this is effective is because it increases circulation to the area, brings blood to the surface, blood is healing, it speeds up cell renewal and exfoliation also stimulates collagen. Collagen plums the skin and is going to really improve the appearance of those stretch marks. Now because exfoliation is so good for the collagen, a strong exfoliation is even better. Microdermabrasion or Derma File has proved to be the most effective in that area. So I would call your local clinical aesthetician and see what you can do about your stretch marks. Some expert say that they cannot be removed completely, so it is difficult; but there are things that you can do to improve the appearance of them. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions and that is how you get rid of stretch marks on your thighs.
