"So you've made your face look a few years younger, but now your hands are showing your age. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions. I've been a clinical aesthetician for over half a decade and I'm going to talk to you about how to get rid of wrinkles on your hands. Now the first thing you want to remember is you can use the same products that you use on your face on you hands. All those anti-aging high quality products, yes, use them on your hands. So I'm going to take you through a little routine that you can do before you go to bed at night that's really going to make a big difference. So first of all, you want to cleanse your hands. My model here already has clean skin. Then you want to make sure you do good exfoliation. You can make your own exfoliator at home and exfoliation is going to remove the dead skin and also stimulates cell renewal and it stimulates collagen. Now I've just use a little bit of raw sugar and some almond oil. You can use olive oil, coconut oil; you can even mix it with some butters like coco butter or shea butter and that is very hydrating and exfoliating. Get the cuticles. Spend at least five minutes doing that and you can do this twice a week, I would say. Then you want to go ahead and wipe that off and you can just rinse yours under the faucet or in the bath tub and then you want to put a mask on your hands. Now you can use an anti-aging mask, a hydrating mask; we really have a tendency to dry our hands out throughout the day so anytime we can put moisture on them is going to be great. What I have here is a dead sea mineral mask and it also has acidified amino acids in it. So the amino acids are going to exfoliate the skin, stimulate that collagen. Get it down there in the cracks and the dead sea is really nourishing and hydrating to the skin. You want to leave that on there for at least ten minutes, maybe relax in the bath. Then when you remove it, rinse it off and go ahead and use your anti-aging moisturizer on your hands. What I would recommend at that point is to put some gloves on, wear them overnight and you'll notice the difference in the morning. Also more than anything else, wear your sunscreen. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions and that is how you remove wrinkles on your hands."
