Now, it's important for these people, while although they may not be earning a steady stream of income, to obtain insurance that will cover them from catastrophic loses or health issues that could result in major economic loss for them. The most important thing to generally obtain would be some sort of health coverage. Basic coverage can be obtained for fairly affordable rates. Generally speaking, the more affordable the coverage is in terms of premiums paid, the higher deductible you're going to pay into the policy, and the higher copay that you're going to pay, potentially, as well, depending on the type of plan.
