"Men shirt collar stays. The purpose is to keep your collar from flying away. A lot of shirts come with the basic classic collar stays which are shaped like this, only made of plastic. Some people prefer the middle ones that you take out, each time you dry clean. It gives it a little bit more weight to the collar and keeps it, the collar in place. Now putting a collar stay in is very simple and I'll show you how to do that in a minute. Now shirts generally come with a seam created already in it for your collar stays to sit and there's kind of like a little pocket right on the collar and all you do is you take the collar stay, slide it right in and there you go."
