"How to tie a Windsor knot: Windsor knots are more symmetrical, they're a wider knot, so you want to wear them when you have a wider-spread collar. If you have a pinpoint, you want to do a more narrow knot. As you'll be able to see when we do the demonstration, it becomes very wide. Ok, so starting a Windsor knot you want to start with the short end a lot smaller than you would any other knot because it takes up a lot of the tie. You're going to start by criss-crossing, and then wrapping around the smaller end. It goes all the way around the back, and then around the other side. Around the front, to the back, up, and through. And then to tighten it, you just pull down, and then pull the smaller end. And that's your Windsor knot."
