Hi this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about foods to avoid to keep your triglyceride levels healthy. And, the main food that increases your triglycerides are your sugars, so really looking at reducing any of your processed carbs and sugars. So, everything from your dried fruit, which is higher in sugar, and your juice to all of your processed carbs. So things like pasta, things like hidden sugars in your processed foods. And I actually brought with me a spaghetti sauce because this is one example of a food that can sometimes have hidden sugars. You need to actually look at the label and read the ingredients to know that, but this is a spaghetti sauce that is actually sugar free. There's no sugar. Other foods that you could include are things like salmon fresh, or frozen, or canned, other fish, chicken, nuts, and olive oil, and avocados. And of course, all of your leafy green and other vegetables. This is Rachael in South Beach, Florida.
