This is financial adviser Patrick Munro talking about how to get your free credit score. A credit score is an important component of every person and you know it really builds on your job history and how you pay your bills on time and the amount of credit card balances that you're paying on an ongoing basis. How you manage your life really. And how to get your credit score for free is basically write the three credit reporting agencies. Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. What they will do is once they receive your letter is send you a detailed copy of your credit report. Once you get the credit report you can examine it to make sure it's accurate and if there are any changes that are required, make sure that you send a letter to the various credit reporting agencies to change anything that could be negative in the credit report.
