There are many different ways that one can take care of their teeth and there is probably not one more important than the other. They all kind of depend on each other. Certainly the most important one that I feel is visiting the dentist on a regular basis. Going to dentist on regular basis will help us evaluate, make sure that there aren't any sort of existing problems such as tooth decay, gum disease, bad breath, missing teeth or broken teeth, things like that. That's probably the most important one because we can help trouble shoot anything that is a problem and figure out the source of the problem as well as determining a solution for the problem. So it's important that when you're keeping your teeth healthy and your gums healthy that you also have to look at the medical side of things as the medical history can also oftentimes contribute to problems with your teeth. Therefore, it is important to go see a dentist on a regular basis; also make sure that you're healthy from the medical standpoint and certainly working on your hygiene at home and also reducing things such as the amount of sugar that's in your diet. All those things together can make sure that your teeth and gums stay healthy as they need be.
