"So, you just got a new bike and you don't want to ride by yourself. Well today's question is, "How do I organize a motorcycle ride?" Hey, this is Steve Greenstein from Jim's Harley Davidson in St. Pete. The first thing you could do, is you could check with your local dealer to see if they have organized rides. Or you can even volunteer to organize a ride for them. So the first thing you want to do, is the number one rule with organizing a ride to keep in mind is safety. You don't want to endanger yourself or anybody else. The second thing is where do you want to go because you gotta have a destination so you can plan a route for yourself. At that point how big a ride do you want to have. The more riders you have, the more people you're going to need to help you organize the ride. Normally you need a leader. It's nice to have somebody that can bring up the rear. It's even nice if you can put somebody in the middle. Rides, they can be fun and that's what you want. To organize a ride, check with your local dealer. You can go online. You can find some place to do, again this is all in accordance to what you want and how many people you want in your ride. Just remember, go out and make it a safe ride. This is Steve Greenstein from Jim's Harley Davidson in St. Pete."
