"Hi, my name is Reka Morvay, I'm a psychologist and I'm going to talk to you about some of the problems that deal with today. Teenagers in today's society have to deal with a number of very serious issues such as family problems, divorce, drugs, sex. These are very, very serious issues that do not spare the lives of teenagers and they are just as worried about these problems as an adult can be and sometimes it is even more difficult for them to talk about it then for adults to talk about these problems. So if you see in your circle of friends that some of these issues come up, the first thing is to become informed. So maybe talking to a counselor or talking to a trusted adult which is cookie cutter advice, I admit, because they always say you should go talk to a trusted adult, but it is a good idea to find out as much as you can about these issues so if it comes up in your own life or if it comes up in a friend's life, that they have for example thoughts of suicide, this is a very serious issue and you want to be able to get the necessary help. So the first thing is to get involved, to get somebody that you can talk to and somebody that can give you advice on what to do in these situations."
