"Hi. This is Kyle Parker for Expert Village. And I'm going to show you how to print or e-mail a mail merge document in Microsoft Word. So the first thing you want to do is make sure you've already created your mail merge document, that you have got your data in place. As you can see here, there is the content that is going to change in our mail merge. You can preview through that as it changes. And then when you're ready to print or e-mail your document, you simply go down here to the merge section. And then you can go "Merge to printer". And now when you click on "Merge to printer", it will bring up your printer, and then you can just go ahead and print and it'll print all six, in the case of mine for my data list. And if you want to try to check out what that's going to look like, you can see it's going to create a different page for each document, and it'll be different with each person's content. So you can just go ahead and mail that out to each person, that same letter with their own individual content inside the document."
