What you need to know about purchasing a property that is for sale by owner. For sale by owner properties are not much different than properties that are listed in the MLS system. They the the only difference is they are not represented by a Realtor, and that is absolutely fine. The most important thing to think about when you're, when you're finding these listings is is if you're working with a Realtor already can you bring them into the, into the process? This is something you can ask your Realtor about. They'll be happy to talk to your for sale, or to the for sale by owner people. They'll talk to the owner directly, and ask if it's something that they can get involved with, and if not, you and your Realtor can definitely make a decision on whether you want to pursue that property or not. There can be advantages to working directly with a sale, or directly with the owner of the house. Overall, the I feel like you are put at a little bit of a dis dis disadvantage by not being represented.
