Hi my name is John Niemira and I'm here at the Salt Lake City Campus of Steven Henager College. Today I want to talk to you very briefly about selling a business prospectus. What it basically is is your ideas, your great ideas for a business. What have you come up with, what do you think is going to work, what is going to sell, what service or product that you have experience with or have a great idea for. A process is developing a plan a business plan first of all. A business plan is going to entail what the business is all about, who is going to buy your product, who is your potential customer, how you are going to market it, where you are going to get your financing, what you are predicting in a budget, a very rough budget, what you are predicting for costs, expenses and income side of it and the process goes to who would be interested in this business. A couple of different ways on line there are several different websites that match up venture capitalists, people with money and people who want good ideas for a business. You may even want to sell it to another company competition who wants good ideas like that. So either way you go, develop the idea, develop the business plan.
