Hey, how's it going? My name is Billy Castro, ex-soccer pro and US soccer coach going on ten years. We're going to go over how to kick a soccer ball hard. The first thing you need to know is that your plant foot has to be right beside the ball. We're going to demo this real quick for you. So, let's take a look. Let's put the ball here. All right? Let's put that ball down. Always focus to get that ball. Place it, nice, stationary. Plant that foot right next to the ball, parallel. Point your toe to where you want to go. Again, the next step is, you want to get your hips right over the ball. Your hips over the ball, your knee comes over the ball and you want laces down, toe down, follow through the ball, pointing and finding out exactly where that ball is going to go. So again, going over the same thing. Plant your foot. Hips over the ball. Knee over the ball. Toe down. Laces down. Follow through the ball and fire that ball in like such. (Demo). And that's how you kick a soccer ball hard. My name is Billy Castro, ex-pro and US soccer coach for going on ten years. Thanks.
