"These are nice to have in between hand washings and when you can't get to a place to wash your hands, but remember that if your hands are dirty and visibly dirty, it's just kind of spreading the dirt and grime around. However it does help decrease the count of bacteria on your hands to hopefully decrease the pathogens which are disease causing organisms, but I wanted to draw your attention to something that many times many people might just look at the front label that says kills 99.99 percent of the germs. However I look at the back of the bottle because you want to make sure that the ethanol alcohol is higher than 63% to help decrease the count of bacteria on your hands. So this is a good thing to have to kind of keep in your car and in your pocketbook when you can't get to wash your hands, but just remember it's not to be used in lieu of, it's to be used in addition to washing your hands and but it's good to have with you just to decrease the count of bacteria on your hands."
