Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to show you how to restore deleted files. Let's go to our computer and just for example, let's say I've accidentally deleted a document that I really needed. I'm going to open up my documents here. Let's say I've accidentally deleted my budget document and it's gone, I don't know where it is. Well the good news is that Windows keeps a little repository of deleted files before they're permanently deleted called the recycle bin. I'm going to close this window here and the recycle bin is on your desktop and if you hold your mouse over, it says that, it contains the files and folders you deleted. So let's open that up and we could very easily restore our budget document simply by right clicking on it and then clicking on restore. Now that put it back in the original position from which it was deleted. So if I close my recycle bin and reopens my documents, you can see that my budget document has reappeared and is not, no longer deleted.
