"Hi, I'm Beth Patterson, psychotherapist and grief counselor. For this segment, we're going to be talking about how to get over a broken heart. And having a broken heart is very normal, and it's what makes us human is being able to feel. So the first thing to do is to feel your broken heart -- to let yourself feel the sadness, feel the pain, feel the angry feelings. And one way that is very helpful for healing a broken heart is to express your feelings. One very effective means is journaling. Write your feelings. Write about how you're feeling. Also, to talk to your friends and to just express what you're feeling and not keep all those feelings bottled inside. And that will be...really be very helpful for you to trying to get over your broken heart, and good luck on your journey. So I hope that advice has been helpful to you. Best of luck moving forward."
