"I'm going to show you how to make a scrunchies. The first thing you are going to need is some yarn. You can use a whole bunch of different kinds of yarns. You can use two colors or three colors or even just one. How you pick out your yarn is you pick like the fuzzy yarn because the makes always good scrunchies. Like fluffy yarn and it is called fun fur you can get at any local craft stores, mostly anywhere. So first I'm going to do these two colors. So what you do is you know you can combine them so you instead of like doing one you just put them together and that is how you start off really. So there I mean you can make like really fluffy or just really thin. I'm going to make a really fluffy one cause I like the fluffy one's cause I think they are really cool. But you can use just red or you can use red and white and you can even do some red, half it red and half of it white which that makes it pretty cool too. So now I'm going to show you how to make it. What you do to make your scrunchies you need a hair bow, any kind of hair bow, you just have to be able to stretch it and you really don't want the thin, you want the thick kind. You need a crochet hook any size but I think the bigger sizes are nice too. You can get plastic or metal whatever you like better and you need yarn. You only need probably like half a roll of yarn so you just buy like one thing of yarn just like this. Just one thing that is all you need and a pair of scissors so you can cut it at the end and that is all you rally need to make a scrunchies. First I'm just going to tie it on just and then I show you how to use the crochet hook. You just tie it, it is kind of hard to see with this yarn but just use a basic knot. How you hold the crochet hook you put your finger right here and your rest of your hands like this. You are going to wrap it around, go under, wrap it around, go like this, wrap it around like this. Go through one of these like this, wrap it around again and go through two of them. So what you do is you wrap it around, you go under the scrunchies and you point the holder you wrap it around again. You pull it through so you have three on, wrap it around from the outside, pull two out, go through two, wrap it around, go through two. This is called the double stitch. So wrap it around, go under, wrap it around, wrap it around again, go underneath two, wrap it around and back. So you keep doing that until you get to the other side of the scrunchies. Okay now it is time to end it. What you do is you can get it through the other side like from where you started, it does not really matter where you put the needle through you just stick it through one side like that. So it is like this. Okay just let them look. Okay you do a single stitch is where you wrap it over, pull one out, wrap it around again, pull two out, you wrap it around one more time like this and pull it all the way through like that. Then you just pull really tight like that, pull up your scrunchie and cut there you have a scrunchie. "
