"Hi I'm Doug. I work with twenty great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods, and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Now Mark's going to be putting the gasket sealant on the block. Just a little bit of it, we always do that around water passages. Oil passages it's not critical, but water it is. So a little bit of sealant there, if you're a new mechanic, spend as much money as can on sealant. The more expensive sealant is easier to use, it smells better, it cleans up easier, it sticks better, looks better. So Mark's modified the gasket there to fit this exactly on each side. Now he's putting just a little bit of sealant, not a ton, on the water pump itself, the new water pump. The water pump came as part of the bracket that we bought for this installation. I believe we even bought it from the same GM dealer that we bought the engine from."
