"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a nice veggie platter. So I'm back I have my assorted celery, peppers and what I'm going to do is I'm going to start building up a nice display. Remembering that I just want it to look pretty different color you don't have to over kill anything. If you see that you have to much of one thing just pull it off for now, you want it to look nice. You want colors to be contrasting so I know I have enough space to throw a couple here and a couple there so it will look nice. I have some carrots on this side and I'll tell you I bough enough that I can do a few of these trays, I'll just them there for now. Then what you want to do is just put them in a nice order. I'll grab my peppers, my green right along side there so I just keep continuing grabbing my broccoli. Don't over load it you just make another tray that's all or with two trays is enough for people. When we come back we're just going to add our dip and wrap it up, that's pretty much it we're going to finish this up. It's a beautiful vegetable platter here on Expert Village."
