"i am kelly on behalf of expert village im going to show you some tips and techniques that i use when concealing dark circles under the eyes. dark circles can be caused by many various obstacles. first of all genetics play a big part in it if your heritage is more italian or more mediterranean, the sun that can lead to alot of dark circles under the eye. also dark circles can be caused by lack of circulation around the eye area. the skin around the eye area is the thinnest skin on your entire body. so when that skin is not properly protected via eye cream or moisturizer, that moisture barrier depletes causing thinning of the skin which cause underline blood vessels and blood langing around the eye to be more visible which can cause alot of darkness. dark circles can also be caused by any various uv damage from the sun, if you are not properly protecting your eye area with the proper eye cream and the proper spf protection that can also lead to alot of discoloration on the eye area. so dark circles can be caused by many various obstacles via hereditary or environmental damage."
