"So now were going to talk more about the Gmail settings that you have. To get back to settings I am just going back up to the top right and the next settings are accounts and the two big things in the account settings are the send mail as option and then getting mail from other accounts using a POP. So starting with the send mail as basically what you can do is send mail as a different e mail address making it easy to combine all your e mails in one place. So first off we just have what I signed this account as and I can actually edit that info so this is the name that I signed up with but if I wanted to send it as something different. I could just do that by clicking here. And then you can also when you specify different reply to address. So if for say for some reason when I was sending mail out I didn't want people to reply back to me I wanted people to reply to a different e mail that?s when I would go here and specify a different reply to address right here and you can learn more about that right here. Ok, go ahead and cancel that. But to add another e mail address to send mail to as all I do add new e mail address and then just enter any kind some e mail that you own. That you can or would like to send mail as from your Gmail. So let me enter an e mail I own. And then I am just going to click next step and then it says to add another e mail address were going to have to verify that I own it so I am just going to send the verification and then it brings up this little window. So than I would just want to go and sign into my other account and get this verification key. So in the e mail that I sent it I will get this e mail from the Gmail team that?s a Gmail conformation and it will just, it will have my conformation code right here. So I will just copy that and then back over my other e mail I will just enter in the code. Verify that and then there you go. I added in the other e mail and I can make either one the default or edit the info. I just edited the info in this one I will just make it so it says Mark Smith like that and then when I go to compose a mail you see in this front box I now have this drop down and I can specify different e mail to send mail as from Gmail. Some of the other settings in the accounts tab. The next one is add additional storage you can actually up grade your storage if the current storage is not enough and you see these options right here and you actually have to pay for them and over time I am sure that this will change a little bit as well. So the next option is to get mail from other accounts using POP. Which means that if I have another mail account and I want all the messages that go to that account to come to my Gmail account now. This is how I would do that. And I would click on add another mail account then you would just enter another e mail address that you own that you would like to retrieve mail from. And then you will go to the next step and you will have to enter in the password and the POP server but you know Gmail will fill this out whenever possible. But if it doesn't fill it out you will have to figure out what this is and then you've got some options here. You can leave a copy of the retrieved message on the server which means that it will leave a copy in you old account that you are now forwarding to your new account and then you can use a secure connection when retrieving that?s probably a good idea. You have the option to label incoming messages. So sense that I know that they are being sent to this account I could make a new label so that all the messages that it is retrieving from this account automatically get labeled so I kind of know which ones they are. And then I also have the options to skip the in box and archive it straight away and the you would just click add account and that?s how you retrieve mail from different e mail accounts in your Gmail. And then the last two things under accounts you can change your Google account settings. Which is a password security question. There about other service and the last thing that I have got here. If your own domain you can use Gmail with your own domain for free and if you interested in that they have a little option here you can go to. And that is basically the accounts section of the settings and like I said before the two main things are that you are able to send mail as an different e mail address one that you own and then and then you can also actually retrieve mail from different e mail address that you own. Using POP."
