One of the more interesting questions that started coming up in the recent face was do you do face-lift acupuncture. And actually, at this location we do. I have special training in that. And face-life acupuncture is a wonderful alternative to surgery, since it’s clearly not very invasive at all and the way that we work with that is we see patients one a week for ten or twelve sessions and we look at, there are several different things. The root cause of the difficulty they might be having. They may have poor skin tone they might have circles under their eyes they might have wrinkles, you know whatever they have going on. So we treat this in a variety of ways, so they get a special type of face acupuncture we have special types of needles that are designed for that. We give them herbs that help to tonify them from the inside, that makes a difference from the inside and I also send them home with exercises to help them tone the muscles in their face so they have homework to do between the sessions. So we’re working both from the inside and from the outside. And a common question from that is well how long do the results last and I’ve had them last up to two years. So one of the reasons I give people some face exercises is so they can sustain the results for a longer period of time. So when we talk to people about face life acupuncture they purchase it always as a package so that way people are committed to coming for the whole period of time and that way they are committed to that whole, because it is actually a commitment. Versus doing it a few times trying it two or three times and saying oh I’m not really sure it’s working. So we sell it as a package and the people that I’ve had do it find it enormously relaxing because face acupuncture is one of my most favorite things to experience also. People carry a lot of tension in their face and the muscles there actually get a chance to relax and increase blood flow to the face so people enjoy that also.
