How to Apply Glitter Eyeliner for Glamorous Glitter Makeup

"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. Now that we've lined her eyes using our cream liner, we're going to take a little bit of our eye glitter. We're going to take my flat liner brush here. We're just going to go over the liner we just did with a little bit of the glitter in the corner of the eye and underneath. Just kind of work it in with the liner. It just gives it a really nice cool effect to the eye. Again, we're just taking our liner brush and just working the glitter in with the liner we did along the lash line. Look up for me. Again, on the lower lashes I’m doing the same thing. Just pat it in with the liner underneath and on the inner corner. That gives a really nice cool effect, especially if you're going out to a club. If you're going out dancing, it just gives a really nice fun glittery look."
