"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. Now we're going to prep her eyes for her eye shadow. We're going to use an eye shadow primer. Basically what your eye shadow primer is going to do is it's going to work as a magnet for your eye shadow. You just want to put it all over the lid. You can put a little bit underneath too, especially if you have problems with eyeliner running on you. Basically what it's going to do is it's going to help your eye shadow go on a lot better for you. You blend a lot smoother, stay looking a lot fresh throughout the day, prevent creasing and caking, helps your eye shadow go on with more vibrancy, and it'll just insure that your makeup stays looking fresh from morning to night. That's why you want to use an eye shadow primer and how you would apply it."
