"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show some different recipes of homemade ice cream. The first recipe I'm going to show is a basic vanilla ice cream with almond praline. The ingredients for the vanilla ice cream are simple first: 1/2 cup of regular sugar, 1 large or extra large egg, the size does not really matter in this recipe. 1 pinch of salt, we need salt in most ice cream and dessert recipe because the salty taste actually make a taste of sweetness. 1 cup of milk and be sure to use whole milk for this recipe. 1 cup of whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
