"Hi, i'm Pete D'Alessandro with Expert Village. We're still going to be cleaning up the office here and cleaning up the computer components. Now we're placing the peripherals in order of what we need and fuctionality should be the first thing that you are looking at in this stage of reorganizing, what is most important. Most people don't put enough priority in backing up their information. So if you have a zip drive, a back up drive in some way or some kind this should be in no way inhibited for you to use. So it should be close at hand and should stay right there, because now I can easily pop a disk in there, organize it, do what I need to do and just kinda get that done. It doesn't mean that I have to back up every day or every two days but when I need to it's there. One of the other things that I am going to to do is combine some of the other smaller periphial we have. This is a wonderful 4 cent invention, a little bubble stick tape. All I am going to do is slap these together and now I have that much more space. I really have one less object to deal with, because these become one thing. So I can give these a new home right there. Everything is more ready to use, easy to use, and it's no longer it's something I have to think about. It's right there and ready for me to go with. I don't have to find it or dig for it. The next component I want to talk about is the internet. This is not wireless. Alot of do have wireless but sometimes it's just not practical to have wireless. So, we have the expansion ports in the back for this. The reason we are going to want an access to these is becasue we don't have wireless. We are going to need some way to expand, if we have somebody with a laptop that comes over, some extra computer, or some other internet feed that we need to jump into we're gonna need access to that. We don't want it under our desk and it's so far away that we can't access it or we can't use it. So, let's keep it close by and we'll have a place for it when we need it."
