"Hi, I am Gary for Expert Village. It is always important to do backups on information in our Outlook folders either received emails or address book and we would need to know where the information is kept within Outlook in our computer. So the way to do that in Outlook 2003 would be to go up to file and then go down and click on data file management and we see that we have our data files, all of our personal folders which in our case includes all of these folders which are basically everything is under a personal folder. So all of that information is going to be contained in this location and we can go ahead and open folder and we see exactly where all that information is contained, it opens up our browser and we see the file location, documents and settings and we see the actual file. And then we can go ahead and since we found the location we can go ahead and save it or back it up or we can find where the location is. If we wanted to put it on another computer we can go and actually transfer that file and load it up onto another computer."
