"Hey everybody! My name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. You can also use all of the snap functions we just talked about on entire object. By holding down X, you can snap the object to a point on a grid. It's going to snap the pivot point, which is where you object rotates around and where it scales to as well. If you hit the insert button, you can change the pivot point of an object. If you're on a Mac, you don't have an insert button, so you're going to want to hold down function and hit the left button. That's the home button. You can move your pivot point around. You can also snap your pivot point. I'm going to hold down V and snap my pivot point to the top left corner there. If I hit W and go back to move, I can move that around. It's going to move it on the pivot point and it's also going to rotate and scale it on the pivot point as well. Let me undo a little bit to there. A reason for doing this is if you have multiple objects. I'm going to go up to edit and click duplicate. That's going to duplicate my object. Now I can snap the one side of my object to another."
