You can do this one actually seated or on the floor as well. After your first trimester you don’t want to be flat on your back so this is a perfect position to do throughout your pregnancy. Her feet are about a foot from the wall and a little wider than shoulder width apart and what she’s going to do is flatten that natural arch in her back against the wall, hold for a few seconds and relax. And this is going to strengthen her lower back which is a very important spot to strengthen as your pregnant. "
