" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. Carri’s going to help us, or demonstrate for us, chin tucks and that’s important to strengthen the back of the neck while you’re pregnant because a lot of the weight is distributed in your chest and your abdominal area. So what you do is take your chin and bring it straight back and then right back forward, and where she’s working is right on the back side of her neck, which helps you gain strength in that area and helps bring that head back so you can be in a nice neutral alignment so as the weight distribution falls forward your head doesn’t fall forward it stays nice and back in a perfect position and alignment. "
